Franchise Support from the Very Start

Archive Contents Restoration has worked to create an exciting new vertical in the franchise world and we’re here to help you make the most of this opportunity. We understand that operating your own business can be overwhelming, which is why we’ll be there to guide you in the right direction even before your grand opening.

The Bottom Line

Just like we take care of soft goods and all other content restorations, we provide training and support for all components of the franchise experience. In order to make the start-up process as easy as possible, we offer all of our franchisees:

  • Site location assistance
  • A protected territory of at least 250,000 homes
  • Guidance when obtaining licenses, certifications and permits
  • Advice on how to hire the right people
  • A 7-day initial training program at our headquarters
  • Three days of pre- and grand opening assistance onsite

A Closer Look at the Training Program

One of the first things you’ll receive is an Operations Manual. It includes all aspects of our franchise operations that will be covered during the 7-day initial training program. You’ll have training in the classroom and on the job for a combined total of 44 hours. Topics covered will include things like understanding the insurance industry, job site management, proper restoration procedures, working with adjusters, administrative responsibilities, marketing strategies and more.

It Doesn’t End There

Once you’re in business, you won’t be left to fend for yourself. We continue to offer you the support you need. In regards to equipment operations and maintaining high service standards, additional onsite supervision and assistance will be available. Archive Contents Restoration firmly believes in the power of collaboration. For this reason, we have many ways of keeping everyone up-to-date and connected:

  • Continuing education opportunities for you and your employees
  • Quarterly meetings and annual conventions
  • A franchisee elected peer group to provide mentorship
  • An intranet system as a resource to answer your questions
  • Up-to-date lists of approved services and products

Spreading the Word

There’s no denying it. Marketing can be a game changer when it comes to a company’s growth potential. As an Archive Contents Restoration franchisee, you won’t have to worry about creating your own brand campaigns. We’ll provide collateral for you to use and will always review and approve all marketing materials. It’s our job to ensure the brand is represented positively and that a national presence is maintained.

You will also receive our Business Development manual and experience the industry’s best sales and marketing training. In addition, Archive Contents Restoration will be marketing on behalf of all franchisees at national industry events and at the corporate level of some of the best-known insurance carriers in the world.
